You work directly with the person building your site — no account managers, no handoffs. Before the full build, you'll see a real, working preview of your site, not a mood board, so you know exactly what you're getting before you commit further.
We revise until it's right — there's no cap on revision rounds during the build. We'd rather spend an extra pass than launch something you feel lukewarm about.
You do. Your domain, your hosting, and your content stay in your name. If we ever part ways, everything goes with you — nothing is held hostage.
